Stefan Markus Kremeth

Wealth Management

Stefan ist CEO der Incrementum AG und zuständig für unsere individuelle Vermögensverwaltung. Nach einer klassischen Banklehre bei der UBS arbeitete Stefan für verschiedene Bereiche der UBS in Zürich, Toronto und Madrid. Sein beruflicher Werdegang führte ihn über das Investment Banking zweier Privatbanken zu Incrementum advisors AG in Zug, wo er im Herbst 2009 Teilhaber wurde. Seit Juni 2013 ist Stefan Partner und CEO von Incrementum AG, Liechtenstein. Seiner Maxime des „life long learning” kommt er nach, indem er nach erfolgreichem Swiss Banking School Fachhochschulabschluss noch einen Executive MBA in International Asset Management an der Universität Liechtenstein abschliessen konnte. Nach einem Studium in Business Administration an der Durham University Business School wurde Stefan in deren Research Gruppe aufgenommen und bereitet nun berufsbegleitend seine Dissertation zum Thema «The Swiss Pension Fund Industry – why structural inertia may lead to lower returns” vor. Stefan ist stolzer Vater zweier erwachsener Kinder. Seine Freizeit verbringt er am liebsten mit Familie und Freunden. Zu seinen Hobbies gehören Fussball, Golf und Lesen.

Ronald-Peter Stöferle

Fund Management

Ronni ist Fondsmanager und Managing Partner der Incrementum AG. Er studierte Betriebswirtschaftslehre und Finance in den USA und an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien und sammelte während des Studiums praktische Erfahrung am Trading-Desk einer Bank. Nach seinem Studienabschluss arbeitete er bei der Erste Group im Research, wo er 2007 erstmals den „In Gold we Trust“ Report publizierte, der im Laufe der Jahre zu einer Standardpublikation zum Thema Gold, Geld und Inflation avancierte. Seit 2013 ist er Lektor am Scholarium in Wien sowie Vortragender an der Wiener Börse Akademie. 2014 veröffentlichte er das Buch „Österreichische Schule für Anleger“ und 2019 das Buch „Die Nullzinsfalle“. Zudem ist er Member of the Board von „Tudor Gold“, einem kanadischen Explorationsunternehmen mit Projekten im legendären Golden Triangle (British Columbia) und Berater für Matterhorn Asset Management tätig, einem weltweit führenden Unternehmen im Bereich der Vermögenserhaltung in Form von physischem Gold, das ausserhalb des Bankensystems gelagert wird. Ronni ist verheiratet und stolzer Vater dreier Töchter. Seine Freizeit verbringt er am liebsten mit seiner Familie, am Fussballplatz (aktiv und passiv), beim Laufen im Wald oder bei klassischen Konzerten.

Mark Justin Valek

Fund Management

Mark ist Fondsmanager und Partner bei der Incrementum AG. Seine Leidenschaft ist es interdisziplinäres Denken im Bereich der Vermögensanlage anzuwenden. Insbesondere faszinieren ihn die Österreichische Schule der Nationalökonomie, monetäre Geschichte und der absehbare Paradigmenwechsel in der globalen Geldordnung. Berufsbegleitend studierte Mark Betriebswirtschaftslehre an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien und ist seit 1999 durchgehend in den Bereichen Finanzmärkte und Asset Management tätig. Vor der Gründung der Incrementum AG war er zehn Jahre lang bei Raiffeisen Capital Management tätig, zuletzt als Fondsmanager im Bereich Inflationsschutz und Alternative Investments. Unternehmerische Erfahrung konnte er als Mitbegründer der Philoro Edelmetalle GmbH sammeln. Seit 2013 ist er Lektor am Scholarium in Wien sowie Vortragender an der Wiener Börse Akademie. 2014 veröffentlichte er das Buch „Österreichische Schule für Anleger“. Mark ist verheiratet und stolzer Vater eines Sohnes. Sportlichen Ausgleich holt er sich regelmässig am Basketballplatz.

Dr. Christian Schärer

Fund Management

Christian ist Fondsmanager und Partner bei der Incrementum AG. Bereits während des Studiums hat er sich auf die Suche nach den strategischen Erfolgsfaktoren erfolgreicher Geschäftsmodelle gemacht. Ein Thema, das ihn bis heute fasziniert und bei der Auswahl aussichtsreicher Investitionsmöglichkeiten inspiriert. Christian studierte an der Universität Zürich Betriebswirtschaft und promovierte berufsbegleitend am Bankeninstitut Zürich mit einer analytischen Untersuchung zur Anlagestrategie schweizerischer Pensionskassen im Immobilienbereich. Seit 1991 hat er sich in verschiedenen Funktionen als Anlageberater, Broker und Portfoliomanager ein umfassendes Finanzmarktwissen angeeignet. Seit dem Sommer 2004 fokussiert sich Christian als Unternehmer, Berater und Portfoliomanager auf verschiedene Anlagethemen mit Sachwertcharakter. Sein praxisorientiertes Finanzmarktwissen bringt er als Verwaltungsrat in Unternehmen ein. Christian ist verheiratet und Vater eines erwachsenen Sohnes. In seiner Freizeit kocht er gerne für Freunde und Familie oder liest die Biographie einer faszinierenden Persönlichkeit.

Hans G. Schiefen

Fund Management

Hans ist Fondsmanager und Partner bei der Incrementum AG. Geboren und aufgewachsen in Deutschland erwarb er bereits mit 17 Jahren seine erste Aktie. Daraus erwuchs seine lebenslange Faszination am globalen Wirtschaftsgeschehen und an den Finanzmärkten. Er studierte Volkswirtschaftslehre mit dem Schwerpunkt Bankbetriebslehre an der Universität Siegen und Köln. Gleichzeitig folgte er seiner Leidenschaft für das Investment-Management durch die Gründung des ersten Börsenclubs in seiner Heimatgemeinde 1989, sowie die aktive Teilnahme an der Börsen AG der Uni Köln. Nach dem erfolgreichen Abschluss als Diplom-Volkswirt entschloss er sich zu einer Private Banking Karriere mit den Stationen Deutsche Bank, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt (Int’l) SA sowie LGT Bank AG. 11 Jahre seiner Karriere verbrachte er in Hong Kong, und lebt seit 2006 in Liechtenstein. Diese ersten drei Dekaden seiner beruflichen Laufbahn liessen ihn viele wertvolle Erfahrungen im Bereich Anlageberatung, Vermögensverwaltung und Fondsmanagement machen. Seit 2019 ist er Partner der Incrementum AG und hauptverantwortlich für den Incrementum All Seasons Fund. Hans ist verheiratet und Vater von zwei Töchtern. Seine Hobbys sind Fussball, Musik und Reisen.

Claudia Fasciati

Management Assistant

Claudia ist Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung bei der Incrementum AG. Nach der Wirtschaftsmatura bildete sie sich zur Tourismusfachfrau HF weiter. Sie arbeitete bei verschiedenen Reiseveranstaltern in Zürich als Sachbearbeiterin, Product Managerin sowie als Sales Managerin. Bei einer bekannten Kongressagentur in Zürich war Claudia als Projektkoordinatorin für Ärztekongresse zuständig. Während zwei Jahren unterstützte sie die AMAG Automobil- und Motoren AG in Chur als Direktionsassistentin. Bei verschiedenen Engagements bei der Walenseebühne als Assistentin der Verkaufsleitung, Assistentin in der Produktion sowie als Verkaufsleiterin durfte Claudia wertvolle Erfahrungen sammeln. Ihre organisatorischen Fähigkeiten konnte sie erfolgreich bei den Vorbereitungen und bei der Durchführung der Rheintal Messe einbringen. Beim Liechtensteinischen Fussballverband war sie für unterschiedliche Projektarbeiten zuständig. Claudia ist verheiratet und stolze Mutter von zwei Kindern. In ihrer Freizeit ist sie gerne kreativ tätig und führt gerne sportliche Aktivitäten wie Biken, Inlinen oder Volleyball spielen aus.

Jeannine Grassinger

Assistant Fund Management

Jeannine ist die Assistentin des Fondsmanagements bei der Incrementum AG. Sie war viele Jahre in einem internationalen Konzern als Assistentin der Geschäftsleitung in Wien tätig. Zuvor durfte sie einige Erfahrungen im Bereich Customer Service, HR-Tätigkeiten und Eventmanagement sammeln. Jeannine ist verheiratet und Mama von zwei erwachsenen Kindern. In ihrer Freizeit bildet sie sich gerne in den verschiedensten Bereichen weiter, liest gerne und verbringt viel Zeit mit ihren beiden Hunden in der Natur. Auch Zeichnen, Malen und Handarbeiten gehören zu ihren Hobbies.

Richard Knirschnig

Analyst

Richard ist Analyst des Fondsmanagements bei der Incrementum AG. Er unterstützt die Fondsmanager beim Betreuen des Incrementum Digital and Physical Gold Fund, Incrementum Crypto Gold Fund sowie des Incrementum Inflation Diversifier Fund. Seit 2018 wirkt er bei der jährlichen Publikation des In Gold We Trust-Reports mit, bei der er für die quantitative Analyse und Datenvisualisierung zuständig ist. Seine Faszination für die internationalen Finanzmärkte entfachte die globale Finanzkrise 2008, welche ihn dazu führte standardökonomische Paradigmen kritisch zu hinterfragen und eigenständig volks- und finanzwirtschaftliche Konnexe erschliessen zu wollen. Deswegen absolvierte er das Studium der Volkswirtschaftslehre an der Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien (M.Sc Economics), bei dem er seine Schwerpunkte auf Internationale Finanzwirtschaft, Arbeitsmarktökonomie sowie Verhaltensökonomie legte. Wenn er nicht gerade auf Reisen ist, verbringt Richard seine Freizeit am liebsten in Gesellschaft, sei es mit Familie oder Freunden. Für körperliche und geistige Fitness sorgt bei ihm das Tennis- und Fussballspielen beziehungsweise das Lesen philosophischer Werke.

Chloe Galla

Assistant Fund Management

Chloe ist die Assistentin des Fondsmanagers des Incrementum All Seasons Fund bei der Incrementum AG. Nach dem Abitur in Bayern, Deutschland besuchte sie die University of Portsmouth in England. Nach dem Bachelor of Science arbeitete sie sowohl als stellvertretende Geschäftsleiterin im Einzelhandel als auch als Rechtsanwaltsassistentin in England. Danach zog es sie mit der Familie in die Schweiz, wo sie dann als Projektassistenz in einem globalen IT-Projekt in Liechtenstein Erfahrung sammeln konnte. Chloe ist verheiratet und stolze Mama von zwei schulpflichtigen Kindern. Sie hat gerne Tiere und besitzt einen Hund und zwei Katzen. In ihrer Freizeit geht sie gerne wandern, ist gerne mit dem Wohnwagen unterwegs und ist im Hundefreundeverein.

Lois Hasenauer-Ebner

Analyst

Lois ist Analyst des Fondsmanagements bei der Incrementum AG. Er unterstützt die Fondsmanager bei der Verwaltung des Incrementum Digital and Physical Gold Fund, des Incrementum Crypto Gold Fund sowie des Incrementum Inflation Diversifier Fund. Seit 2021 trägt er zur jährlichen Veröffentlichung des In Gold We Trust Reports bei, wo er für die quantitative Analyse und Datenvisualisierung verantwortlich ist. Lois hat einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Business Admirations von der IE University. Während seines Studiums in Madrid und seines Auslandssemesters an der BI Norwegian entdeckte er seine Faszination für Finanzmärkte und Geopolitik. Lois verbringt seine Freizeit gerne mit dem Lesen von Büchern über Geschichte, Wirtschaft oder Philosophie sowie, je nach Jahreszeit, mit Skifahren, Golfen oder Basketball. Ausserdem geniesst er es, Zeit mit Freunden und Familie zu verbringen, insbesondere bei einem gemütlichen Essen oder auf Reisen.

Anja Förster

Assistant Fund Management

Anja ist Assistentin des Fondsmanagements bei der Incrementum AG. Sie unterstützt die Fondsmanager Hans G. Schiefen und Dr. Christian Schärer beim Betreuen und Verwalten der Fonds „Incrementum All Season Fund“ und „Uranium Resources Fund“. Während ihrer Ausbildung als Bankkauffrau entdeckte Anja ihre Leidenschaft für volkswirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge und entschied sich durch ein Studium der Wirtschaftswissenschaften tiefer in die Welt der Wertpapiere und der Makroökonomie einzutauchen. Neben ihrem Studium arbeitete Anja an dem Lehrstuhl für Finanzierung, Banken und Risikomanagement und vermittelte den Studenten als Tutor das Fach Wirtschaftsmathematik. Nach ihrer Abschlussarbeit über die Bewertung, Funktionsweise und Einsatzmöglichkeiten von Optionen begann sie ein Traineeprogramm bei einer Privatbank in Süddeutschland. Daraufhin arbeitete sie in dem Bereich Kreditanalyse und im Portfoliomanagement der Vermögensverwaltung sowie nach Ihrem ersten Kind im Investment Management einer liechtensteinischen Lebensversicherung. Seit 2023 ist sie Teil des Incrementum-Teams. Anja hat zwei Kinder und verbringt ihre freie Zeit gerne mit dem Reisen und dem Entdecken neuer Kulturen.

Marcel Aegerter

Providence Specialist

Marcel ist der Vorsorgespezialist innerhalb der Incrementum AG. Während seiner langen Karriere war er unter anderem als Ausbildner innerhalb der grössten schweizerischen Fluggesellschaft und Vorsorgespezialist und Finanzplaner bei einer Grossbank tätig. Ausserdem war Marcel zehn Jahre lang für die Vorsorge, Finanz- und Anlageberatung innerhalb des Aussendienstes einer globalen Versicherungsgesellschaft verantwortlich. Seine Interessen gelten dem Finanz- und Geldwesen, insbesondere der Österreichischen Schule der Nationalökonomie. Zu seinen Lieblingsautoren gehören Ferdinand Lips,  Prof. Dr. Antal Fekete, Roland Baader und Ron Paul. Marcel ist stolzer Vater zweier erwachsener Söhne. Seine Freizeit verbringt er am liebsten mit seiner Familie in der Natur oder auf Reisen. Zu seinen Hobbies gehören lesen, Motorrad fahren und wandern.

Stefan is CEO of Incrementum AG and responsible for our individual wealth management. After a traditional bank apprenticeship with UBS, Stefan joined UBS and worked for the institution across numerous areas in Zurich, Toronto, and Madrid. His career then led him to the investment banking department of two private banks, and from there to Incrementum advisors AG in Zug, where he became partner in 2009. Since June 2013, Stefan has been partner and CEO of Incrementum AG in Liechtenstein. He has honoured his own motto of “life-long learning” by adding an Executive MBA in International Asset Management from the University of Liechtenstein to his earlier degree from the Swiss Banking School. After studying Business Administration at Durham University Business School, Stefan was accepted into its research group. He is now preparing his dissertation on “The Swiss Pension Fund Industry – why structural inertia may lead to lower returns” while working. Stefan is proud father of two grown-up children. He likes to spend his spare time with family and friends. Among his hobbies are football, golf, and books.

Ronni is fund manager and managing partner of Incrementum AG. He studied Business Administration and Finance in the USA and at the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration, and also gained work experience at the trading desk of a bank during his studies. Upon graduation he joined the Research department of Erste Group, where he published his first “In Gold We Trust” report in 2007. Over the years, the Gold Report has proceeded to become one of the benchmark publications on gold, money, and inflation. Since 2013 he has held the position as reader at scholarium in Vienna, and he also speaks at Wiener Börse Akademie. In 2014, he co-authored the book “Austrian School for Investors” and in 2019 “Die Nullzinsfalle” (The Zero Interest Rate Trap). He is also a member of the board of Tudor Gold, a Canadian exploration company with projects in the legendary Golden Triangle, British Columbia, and an advisor to Matterhorn Asset Management, a global leader in asset preservation in the form of physical gold stored outside the banking system. Ronnie is married and proud father of three daughters. He likes to spend his spare time with his family, watching and playing football, running, and at classical concerts.

Mark Justin Valek

Fund Management

Mark is fund manager and partner of Incrementum AG. His passion is to apply interdisciplinary thinking to investment. He is particularly fascinated with the Austrian School of Economics, monetary history, and the foreseeable paradigm shift in the monetary system. While working part time, Mark studied Business Administration at the Vienna University of Business Administration and has continuously worked in financial markets and asset management since 1999. Prior to the establishment of Incrementum AG, he was with Raiffeisen Capital Management for ten years, most recently as fund manager in the area of inflation protection and alternative investments. He gained entrepreneurial experience as co-founder of Philoro Edelmetalle GmbH. Since 2013 he has held the position as reader at scholarium in Vienna, and he also speaks at Wiener Börse Akademie. In 2014, he co-authored the book “Austrian School for Investors”. Mark is married and proud father of one son. He likes to balance his work life by playing basketball.

Dr. Christian Schärer

Christian is fund manager and partner of Incrementum AG. Even while studying for his degree he was on the look-out for the strategic factors of success of prosperous business models – a topic that fascinates him to this day and that inspires him in the selection of promising investment opportunities. Christian studied Business Administration at the University of Zurich and, while working, obtained a PhD at the Department of Banking and Finance (University of Zurich). His dissertation was on the subject of the investment strategy of Swiss pension funds in the property sector. He has gained comprehensive know-how in financial markets by working across various functions as investment advisor, broker, and portfolio manager. Since summer 2004, Christian has focused on various investment topics revolving around assets as entrepreneur, advisor, and portfolio manager. He contributes his practice-oriented financial market expertise as member of the advisory board of companies. Christian is married and father of an adult son. In his spare time, he likes to cook for friends and family or reads biographies of fascinating personalities.

Hans is fund manager and partner of Incrementum AG. Born and raised in Germany he bought his first shares at the age of 17, which proved the foundation for his lifelong fascination with global economic affairs, financial markets and investing. He studied Economics at the University of Siegen and Colgne in Germany. His passion for investing drove him to set up the first Investment Club in his home town in 1989 as well as his active participation in the Investing Workshop at his Alma Mater in Cologne. After successfully achieving a M.Sc in Economics he decided to pursue a Private Banking career. Over the ensuing 28 years he worked in various roles with Deutsche Bank, HSBC Trinkaus & Burkhardt (Int’l) SA and LGT Bank, spending 11 years in Hong Kong before moving to Liechtenstein in 2006. Over those nearly three decades he gathered invaluable experiences in advising high-net-worth individuals and families, as well as in portfolio- and fund management. Since 2019 he is a partner of Incrementum AG and responsible for managing the Incrementum All Seasons Fund. Hans is married and has two daughters. His hobbies are football, music and travel.

Claudia is management assistant at Incrementum AG. Upon business school graduation she trained as a tourism specialist HF. She worked for different tour operators in Zurich as a clerk, product manager and sales manager. At a well-known congress organization in Zurich, Claudia was responsible as project coordinator for medical congresses. For two years, she supported AMAG Automobil- und Motoren AG in Chur as executive assistant. Claudia gained valuable experience in various engagements at the Walenseebühne as assistant to the sales management, as assistant in the production team and as sales manager. She successfully brought her organizational skills in the preparation and realization of the Rheintal Messe. At the Liechtenstein Football Association, she was responsible for different projects. Claudia is married and proud mother of two children. In her spare time, she likes to be creative and enjoys sports activities like biking, inline skating or playing volleyball.

Jeannine Grassinger

Jeannine is the assistant to the fund management at Incrementum AG. She worked for many years in an international company as a management assistant in Vienna. Before that she gained some experiences in customer service, HR functions and event management. Jeannine is married and has two grown-up children. In her free time, she likes to further her knowledge in various fields, enjoys reading and spends a lot of time in nature with her two dogs. Drawing, painting and handcrafts are also among her hobbies.

Richard Knirschnig

Analyst

Richard is fund management analyst at Incrementum AG. He supports the fund managers in managing the Incrementum Digital and Physical Gold Fund, the Incrementum Crypto Gold Fund as well as the Incrementum Inflation Diversifier Fund. Since 2018 he has been contributing to the annual publication of the In Gold We Trust report, where he is responsible for quantitative analysis and data visualization. His fascination for international financial markets was sparked by the global financial crisis in 2008, which led him to critically analyze standard economic paradigms and to independently develop profound understanding of economic interconnections. Therefore, he graduated from the Vienna University of Economics and Business (M.Sc Economics), where he focused on International Finance, Labor Market Economics and Behavioral Economics. Richard is a passionate traveler and explorer and likes to spend his leisure time in company, whether it be with family or friends. He keeps physically and mentally fit by playing tennis or soccer and reading philosophical books.

Chloe Galla

Assistant Fund Management

Chloe is the assistant fund manager of the Incrementum All Seasons Fund at Incrementum AG. After completing her A-Levels in Bavaria, Germany she went on to study at the University of Portsmouth, England. Following her Bachelor of Science, she worked in the UK as a Retail assistant manager and a legal assistant. Her family then relocated to Switzerland where she secured the job of project assistant in a global IT Project based in Liechtenstein. Chloe is married and a proud mummy of her two school aged children, a dog & 2 cats. She enjoys hiking and camping with her caravan in her free time and is also a member of her local dog friend association.

Lois Hasenauer-Ebner

Lois is fund management analyst at Incrementum AG. He supports the fund managers in managing the Incrementum Digital and Physical Gold Fund, the Incrementum Crypto Gold Fund, and the Incrementum Inflation Diversifier Fund. Since 2021 he has been contributing to the annual publication of the In Gold We Trust report, where he is responsible for quantitative analysis and data visualization. Lois holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Admirations from IE University. While studying in Madrid and his Semester abroad at BI Norwegian, he discovered his fascination for financial markets and geopolitics. Lois likes to spend his free time reading books about history, economics, and philosophy, as well as, depending on the time of the year, skiing, golfing, or playing basketball. Furthermore, he enjoys spending time with friends and family, especially while sharing a great meal or travelling.

Anja Förster

Assistant Fund Management

Anja is an assistant fund manager at Incrementum AG. She supports our fund managers Hans G. Schiefen and Dr. Christian Schärer in the management and administration of the “Incrementum All Season Fund” and “Uranium Resources Fund”. During her training as a bank clerk, Anja discovered her passion for economics and decided to delve deeper into the world of investment and macroeconomics by studying economics. While studying, Anja worked at the Chair of Finance, Banking and Risk Management and tutored students in business mathematics. After completing her thesis on the valuation, functioning and possible uses of options, she began a trainee program at a private bank in southern Germany. Following this, she worked in credit analysis and portfolio management in the bank’s asset management department. After her first child, she gathered further experience in investment management at a Lichtenstein life insurance company. She joined the Incrementum team in 2023. Anja has two children and enjoys spending her free time traveling and discovering new cultures.

Marcel Aegerter

Providence Specialist

Marcel is the Providence specialist at Incrementum AG. During his long career, he has been instructor at the biggest Swiss airline and providence specialist and financial partner at a large bank. In addition, Marcel was responsible for providence, financial, and investment advisory within the field staff of a global insurance company. He is interested in finance and the monetary system, especially in the Austrian School of Economics. Among his favourite authors are Ferdinand Lips, Prof. Dr. Antal Fekete, Roland Baader und Ron Paul. Marcel is proud father of two grown-up sons. He likes to spend his spare time with his family, outdoors or on trips. Among his hobbies are books, motor biking, and hiking.
